We renovate occupied offices zone by zone, with the noisy work planned around your team and the building’s rules agreed before we start. One team for survey, design, approvals, civil, services and finishes.
Most office renovations in HITEC City, Madhapur and Gachibowli happen in buildings that are already occupied, with fit-out rules, fixed work hours and a facility team watching every move. The hard part is not the design. It is changing the ceiling, the power, the AC and the layout while your people still need desks, meeting rooms and a working network on Monday morning.

An office renovation is rarely one job. These are the parts we usually plan together, so the ceiling, lights, AC and sprinklers fit first time.
Ask any contractor you speak to for this plan for your floor. If they cannot show it, they are planning to work around you, not with you.
We open a few ceiling tiles and floor points and check the slab, wiring and ducts. Hidden costs show up here, early, not halfway through.
Layout, finishes and services drawn together, with the move-out and move-back plan for each zone.
Building fit-out approval and deposit, work hours, and fire department changes if sprinklers or exits move.
One zone moves out, we build it, the team moves back in. IT and exits stay live.
Repeat zone by zone, with breaking, core cutting and grinding at night where allowed.
AC, power, data and fire systems tested before people return, with drawings and warranties handed over.
If your lease ends soon, or your team has outgrown the floor, moving may cost less than rebuilding. If you only need new chairs and desks, a furniture dealer will be quicker than we are. We would rather tell you that on the first call than sell you a renovation you do not need.
It depends on the area, the scope and the building’s work hours. A light refresh is quick; a full layout change with AC and electrical rework takes much longer. We give a phase-wise timeline after the site survey, not before it.
Yes. That is how most of our office renovation work is planned: one zone at a time, with noisy and dusty work moved to nights or weekends where the building allows it, and IT and exits kept running.
Almost every commercial building in HITEC City and Madhapur needs a fit-out approval and often a deposit. If sprinklers, detectors or exit routes change, the fire side has to be updated as well. We plan both before work starts.
Hidden conditions above the ceiling and under the floor, how much of the AC, power and sprinkler layout has to move, how many phases the work needs, and the finishes. Our office interior cost guide explains each one.
Tell us your sector, location and rough timeline. You'll get honest guidance on scope and next steps — usually within two hours. No obligation.
